Ordering
Ordering online with Fishers could not be easier, simply select any items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart using the “add to cart” icon, once you have finished choosing your items you can progress your purchase by simply selecting the “proceed to checkout” option where you will be asked in a secure environment for the information we require to process your order. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability and we may be required on occasion to cancel the order if a particular item is no longer in stock or available to us.
 
Fishers accept credit and debit card payments from providers such as Visa and MasterCard either online using world pay, over the phone or from the information provided by you on one of our mail order forms.
 
Back Orders
Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be held on backorder until they are available to us for dispatch; we will contact you should a backorder situation arise. Fishers reserve the right to cancel the order on the rare occasion that the item may no longer be available to us.

20% VAT is applied to all orders generated in the UK and EU.
 
Online Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges for Unused/Unwanted Goods
Fishers want purchasing with us to be a pleasurable experience so if an item you receive is not what you expected or you’ve simply changed your mind we have made things as simple as possible for you by providing an exchange or refund policy for your unused/unwanted purchases as follows:
1) All must be returned within 7 days of receipt
2) All items must be in original, unused, saleable condition including all packaging and tags, we reserve the right the deduct costs for damages to goods/packaging.
3) Please include your full name, address and telephone number with your return
4) A relevant note should also be enclosed to assist in a speedy turnaround
5) Return postage will be entirely at your own expense
6) We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items that are being returned to us therefore we recommend that you send the goods on traceable, fully insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery
7) In the case of an exchange additional postage will be charged
8) Refunds will be issued by Fishers immediately upon receipt of the goods, usually the refund process is complete within 3 to 4 working days but please allow up to 10 days in certain cases for this to show on your account/statement as all refunds need to clear through the relevant banking systems.
9) Refunds will be for the sum of any/all returned items less the original postage costs.
Please note you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up until your goods have been dispatched after which the above Returns & Exchanges Policy for unused/unwanted goods applies

Returns & Exchanges for Faulty/Damaged Goods
We want you to be delighted with the service and goods supplied by Fishers, in the first instance of finding that the goods you received maybe faulty or damaged please give us a call on 01968 672877 for immediate attention, any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
 
Usual procedure as follows:
1) Contact Fishers within 48 hours of receipt with the details
2) If required you may be asked to post the goods back to us with the cost being fully refunded to you, we recommend that you send the goods on traceable, fully insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery
3) Please include your full name, address and telephone number with your return
4) A relevant note should also be enclosed to assist in a speedy turnaround
5) If the goods upon inspection are indeed faulty/damaged we can either; Organise and dispatch a like for like replacement, Supply other goods to the same value on your instruction or Issue a full refund including all postage costs
6) Refunds if required will be issued by Fishers immediately upon receipt of the goods, usually the refund process is complete within 3 to 4 working days but please allow up to 10 days in certain cases for this to show on your account/statement as all refunds need to clear through the relevant banking systems.
