Our shop is temporarily closed as per Government Advice for all non essential businesses to do so. Mail orders will be dealt with when we receive notification that it's safe to return, if we're fortunate enough to be able to ship an order before then we'll notify you. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we may not be able to process for a number of reasons under the circumstances. We aim to dispatch and deliver all UK Zone 1 orders within 5 working days of receipt and within 10 days for Zone 2 (Highland, Islands & N.I)
If we’re unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason we’ll contact you immediately with the details (sometimes a quick call is all that's needed to get back on track and we'd love it if you'd leave your number on the order alternatively we’ll send an email)

UK - ZONE 1 - UK addresses excluding the Highlands, Islands & N.I
UK - ZONE 2 - Highlands, Islands & N.I
IMPORTANT NOTE - Despite our best intentions the Parcels Services Network and Couriers generally apply higher rates on the majority of parcels to the Highlands, Islands and N.I (Zone 2) we don't agree with their charges but cant afford to ignore them either, please understand that we heavily subsidise postage to these locations on the bulk of our orders however to keep this service available we do have to charge a flat rate on Zone 2 services to contribute towards the high charges that we are billed to get deliveries to these locations. Unfortunately we have no control over how the delivery networks set their pricing and delivery locations. Believe us,if we could to ship items to Zone 2 locations without being charged more we'd already be doing it.

We're currently offering FREE postage on the vast majority of items being sent to UK ZONE 1 addresses that have been ordered online through our website subject to a minimum order value of £20.00 (some exceptions may apply, we reserve the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notification)

*Please note - An additional charge may be applied to large/heavy items where it's not cost effective for us to ship the order for FREE (£0.00) due to the price we are actually charged for the shipping of that item. These additional charges only apply to a handful of the items on the website. We hope you can appreciate that by providing postage for a FREE (£0.00) on the vast majority of the items on the website that we are heavily subsidising the postage and any additional charges applied to just a few items help keep things fair for both parties so that we can continue to keep the shipping costs low for the majority of orders the majority of the time.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that are simply not cost effective to deliver at the specified price and any order where an incorrect postage selection has been made.
Fishers realise that it's not always convenient to have the goods sent to your home address therefore we have the facility in our checkout for you to add an alternative delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS & RETURNS
Please contact us straight away if there is a problem with your order. We advise that you inspect any package for damage upon arrival, if there is damage either inspect the contents before signing for the package or ask the carrier to return the package to us. Fishers assure you that we will act as quickly as possible to put right any issues that you may have. Please contact us before hand if returning any goods for a returns reference as it's our policy that any deliveries to the store from either consumers/suppliers are refused unless acceptance has been agreed prior to dispatch and we can't be held responsible for loss or damage under those circumstances.
