Fishers understand our customers are the very core of our business and when we asked them what they wanted we listened... An area that was quickly identified through feedback was that many online retailers had postage and delivery schedules that were far to complex to understand often resulting in abandoned purchases and customers failing to return. Fishers looked closely at our direct competitors, other major online retailers and where our core business was coming from. This enabled us to streamline our processes negotiate with carriers and come up with a new postage schedule that has been tailored, tweaked and simplified especially for you.
Fishers deal mainly within the UK and the EU so we focused our sights on becoming as efficient and fair as possible with our new delivery schedule. Therefore we decided to keep our pricing simple using only four prices, we have kept these prices at our expense as round number for ease of use and calculation, these prices are £1.00, £3.00 & £7.00 & £20.00 - simple wouldn't you agree... We then decided to reward our customers as far as financially viable and came up with a

FREE postage to UK addresses subject to a £60.00 spend which we're sure you'll agree is fair...

United Kingdom Postage & Packing
SMALL ITEMS - £1.00 (1st class post) - items such as flies, hooks, tippet, fly tying materials etc
MEDIUM ITEMS - £3.00 (1st class post) - items such as reel, fly line, braid, fly box, clothing, fishing/tying tools etc
LARGE ITEMS - £7.00 (RM standard parcels/City Link) - items such as rods, bags, nets, waders, boots, smokers etc
PROMO - £0.00 (Free delivery on all UK orders over the value of £60.00)
NEXT DAY - £10.00*
* Next day service is only available to the UK mainland. We normally use couriers for next day delivery . Our couriers only work Mon to Fri therefore we can only guarantee delivery Tue to Friday providing the order was placed before 1.00 pm the working day before. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on a Monday, bank holidays etc may vary.
European (EU) Postage & Packing

Rest of World Postage & Packing
We can deliver to area's not mentioned above and we will only charge the postage at cost, however we ask that you contact us prior to ordering for a postage quotation and to receive full details on our terms for rest of world postage. Please note that orders placed without prior contact may be cancelled...

TURNAROUND
Fishers aim to have all items dispatched within 24 hours of ordering and have them with you within 5 working days. We do not dispatch 1st class orders on Sundays or Mondays as our facility is closed so any order placed after 12.00 pm on a Saturday will not be sent out until Tuesday. Large & next day orders can not be dispatched at the weekend as a courier is normally required to deliver these therefore any orders place after 1.00 pm on a Friday will not be sent out until Tuesday.
If there is a problem with the processing of your order we will notify you right away however we ask that you put a contact telephone number and your email address on the order to aid us in maintaining our high level of service.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Fishers recognise that it's not always convenient to have the goods sent to your home address, therefore we have the facility in our checkout for you to add an alternative delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please contact us straight away if there is a problem with your order. We advise that you inspect any package for damage upon arrival, if there is damage either inspect the contents before signing for the package or ask the carrier to return the package to us. Fishers assure you that we will act as quickly as possible to put right any issues that you may have.
